1General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the addd7 platform and its users. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on addd7, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

addd7 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. We use SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your personal information and financial transactions.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at addd7, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You must be a legal citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh.

You may only hold one account — the same person cannot open multiple accounts.
You must not reside in any area where online gaming is prohibited.

Registration Process

The information you provide during account registration must be accurate. If false information is provided, addd7 may cancel your account and confiscate your balance at any time. To change your registered name, date of birth, or contact details, you must contact our support team directly.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

addd7 is fully committed to protecting minors from gambling. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.

Age Verification: addd7 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. A National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

KYC Process

To ensure the security of financial transactions, addd7 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If the amount of a deposit or withdrawal exceeds a certain limit, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

A scan or clear photo of both sides of your National ID card (NID)
A photo of the data page of a valid passport

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted at addd7: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Occasionally it may take longer due to network issues or banking delays. If a deposit is not received, contact the support team with a screenshot of the transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 10 and 45 minutes. Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Your KYC verification has been completed.
Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
The wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have been fulfilled.
There is no suspicious activity on the account.

addd7 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, additional verification documents may be requested.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

addd7's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000 or more you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳40,000 in bets (i.e., ৳2,000 × 20) before you can withdraw bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
addd7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

VIP Program

addd7 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. VIP cashback applies subject to the specific conditions of each tier.

6Responsible Gaming

addd7 strongly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our players to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of financial or emotional stress.

Do not bet beyond your means.
Do not increase your bets to chase losses.
Never consider gaming as a source of income.
Avoid gaming while under the influence of alcohol or when under emotional stress.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the addd7 platform:

Financial Fraud & Abuse

Creating multiple accounts or attempting to claim bonuses more than once.
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Transactions related to money laundering or illegal funds.
Chargeback fraud or making false claims to a bank.

Technical Abuse

Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
Attacking the platform's servers or network.

Social Misconduct

Harassing or behaving offensively toward other players or staff.
Impersonating addd7 to deceive others.
Spreading false information that damages the platform's reputation.

Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be confiscated. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8Account Closure & Suspension

addd7's Authority

addd7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Violation of any provision of these terms.
Providing false or incomplete registration information.
Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to provide required documents.
Suspicious financial activity.
Extended period of inactivity.

Player's Right to Close Their Own Account

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals and valid balances will be settled; however, any bonus portion will be cancelled.

9Technical Issues & Liability

addd7 continuously works to ensure a reliable platform. Even so, service may occasionally be disrupted due to technical issues, server outages, or problems with third-party services.

Gameplay Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game and a round is not completed, addd7 will determine the result based on stored data. The data stored on the game provider's server shall be considered final.

Limitations of Liability

addd7 is not liable for the following:

Losses caused by internet connection issues.
Disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
Problems with the user's own device or network.
Account issues caused by the provision of incorrect information.
